What to expect:

• 10 Minutes: Context.

  You tell us about your current friction points, your tech stack, and your team's "temperature" regarding AI.

• 10 Minutes: Diagnosis.

  We identify the specific architectural or training gaps that are slowing you down.

• 10 Minutes: Roadmap.

  We sketch out what a "Human-Led" intervention would look like for your specific setting: whether that’s a workshop, a governance framework, or a custom build.
